CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / LATE ARRIVAL

By booking an appointment you agree to this cancellation policy.
A credit/debit card is required for scheduling of all appointments. The credit card will not be charged without notifying you. You will be notified of any charges by text and email.

I require a 24 hour notice for all appointment cancellations and I request 48 hour notice for all appointments over 3 hours.

Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hour of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service total. No call/ no show will result in a charge of 100% of the service total.

Changes to services/time booked must be completed 24 hour before your appointment.

Clients running more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment may have services altered to ensure that the appointment does not exceed the amount of time scheduled.

BOOKING

All bookings are completed through the online booking system or by text. Text and email will be responded to Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm.

All online bookings are subject to review and must be approved. If changes need to be made you will be notified via text.

Consultations Forms for New Color Clients must be complete within 6 hours of an appointment request. All forms can be found here.

SERVICES

Refunds will not be made for services rendered, however I will make adjustments to the original service if you are unhappy. Requests for haircut or hair color adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment.

RETAIL

All retail sales are final.
